The long hex key wrench mentioned in the AWM2200 manual is not included because it is not required. The purpose of this tool is for removing the TV from the wall when the TV is wall-mounted. On a different model of wall mount LCD-8812, the long hex key wrench is used to unlock the TV from the wall plate. Since AWM2200 is a newer model which provides a pull-rope system to unlock the TV therefore the long hex key wrench is not included in the package.
