Hi Tom,

Please use M5 x 15mm screws for wall mounting TV.

Ive been given a Soniq - HD Set Top Box - QMD502H.
Im missing the AV cable !!
Could you please advise what this is & what the original one looked like.

just brought a new 50" tv. and i have a samsung surround sound system. im trying to get sound through my surround sound using a hdmi cable while i watch through the tv. when watching a dvd or a usb movie through the surround sound it works fine. at the moment im trying to watch a movie off my laptop through the tv using a hdmi cable. the picute is fine and the sound is fine, but its only going through the tv. any surgestions on how to get the sound going through my surround sound?

Hi Jamie,
            Thank you for your inquiry.
            The HDMI connections on this model do not support Audio Return. The audio from the computer is not able to return to the Samsung surround sound system.

I just bought Extended Warranty for my 55" LED TV, after paying the price of $55 which is a soniq club deal, I only received a coupon via email. Do I have to purchase the Extended Warranty by using the coupon you sent to me? Or I have already got the extended warranty and don't have to do anything?
