Lost Remote

I've lost the remote to my Sonic Plasma TV. How do I know which remote to order to replace it?

If you have lost your remote, can you please provide your TV model number and Version number ( the barcode on the back of the TV starts in REVxxxx)

                Unfortunately the key lock cannot be deactivated without a remote, for it will defeat the purpose of key-locking. You can order a replacement remote from us when you have the exact information of your TV's model/version.

Pretty sure our 2 year old decided it was better off in the rubbish bin. smile
