Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Quatius Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 90 130 310 048) trading as SONIQ ("SONIQ") provides the following warranty in relation to its televisions and consumer electronic products ("Product"). The benefits of this warranty are in addition to any rights and remedies imposed by Australian State and Federal legislation that cannot be excluded. Nothing in this warranty is to be interpreted as excluding, restricting or modifying any State or Federal legislation applicable to the supply of goods and services which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified.

SONIQ warrants that the Product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of original purchase.

For products with rechargeable batteries, the warranty period for rechargeable battery pack is 90 days from the date of original purchase.

This warranty covers the original purchaser upon production of the warranty card only and it is not transferrable if the Product is sold by the original purchaser during the warranty period.

(a) repair or replace the Product or the defect part of the Product free of charge; or

(b) cause the Product or the defective part of the Product to be replaced or repaired by an authorized repair agent.

SONIQ reserves the right to replace defective parts of the Product with parts and components of similar or better quality, specification, grade and composition where an identical product or component is not available.

Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods.

Some products may be subject to the Priority Replacement Cover. If the purchaser obtained or was provided with Priority Replacement Cover for a Product, and a defect covered by the warranty appears, SONIQ will replace the product by collecting the defective product and delivering the replacement product at the purchaser's nominated address within an Australian capital city. If the purchaser has obtained Priority Replacement Cover but does not reside in an Australian capital city, the purchaser is responsible for any travel and accommodation costs associated with SONIQ or an authorized repair agent attending the purchaser's home.
